Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) is a purpose-built complex for events and exhibitions with over 1.3 million square feet of covered exhibition and event space, comprising 21 halls and over 40 meeting rooms across 3 floors, Dubai World Trade Centre hosts over 500 events annually.
DWTC had a legacy telephone system where only analogue & digital telephones were used with a very basic call center (Avaya Definity), And this is where PACC stepped in and migrated their system to the latest Avaya Aura enterprise system and provided Unified communication and contact center solution to increase the employees collaboration and cost saving and to be able to interact with the Customers in several communication methods.
PACC also during the unfortunate COVID times is working with DWTC to provide a solution where receptionists can deal with the guests behind screens using the video conferencing solution, and giving the users the proper tools to work from home with the same experience in office.
